I am thinking abouut buying a place to rent out. I have heard that the Red Sea is poular with Scuba Divers

Is Hurghada a good place for diving?

and what are divers like as renters? do they wreck the place with those heavy oxygen bottles?

do they like to be by the sea? or near somewhere where they can refill their oxygen bottles?
