Very useful Arabic phrases

I was just surfing around and found these useful emergency phrases. One would hope you never need them, but just in case . . .

the police - pronounced "el bolees"

an ambulance - pronounced "el is´aef"

the fire service - pronounced "el ma taefi"

Please feel free to correct me if these are wrong.

Thanks for the useful words. Do you know any of the connectors or any words that can make complete sentences? For example, I think "I need" would be an important phrase to learn.

I have a book of these here at home. Some of them from that book are?

Hello: marhaba
Good Morning: sabah al-hayri
Thank you: shukran
Airport: mattar

Now if I could just learn to speak the language I would be set.

You can also say:

Good Morning = Sabah el Kheir. The response is: Sabah el knoor.
Please = low sowmat.
Sorry if the spelling is wrong, I am inclined to write as they sound. It makes it easier.

These are certainly important things to know when traveling in
Egypt, yes! I think I may want to know how to ask for a restroom,
too. Well it's better than trying to play charades so that someone
knows what you're asking!
