Egyptian Food?

What's it like? What constitutes something as Egyptian food? If you had to pick a couple of things to try what would they be?

there were even a few recipes to try (or at least one that I saw, I'll

Oh sorry, I thought I had posted in it before but I couldn't find it for the life of me so I just figured I would make one about traditional foods in the Ask an Egypt Related Question. Sorry.

The Egyptian guy that i know brought in some traditional egyptian bread. It was pretty good even without spices. With spices it would've been even better.
