So you didn't know the answer Right . If your teacher / iman claim to know / the teaching , Of Islam then according to Islam then he should know the birth dates of said prophet which you as a muslim claim to have existed in your qur'an . Maybe then you wouldn't have to get up set and call people names , I Knew you didn't know the birth date of Adam from the door . If your going to post Anything on Islam I Suggest They Get A New Moderator That Learn In Islam To Help You , Because People Want Answer Not Testimony . Your Not Ready Nor Do You Know Your Own Belief's . Anyway I Wasn't Talking To You , I Was Only Pointing Out Something To The Lady If You Notice . Even Then You Started Labeling Her .

Listen, There is no obligation at all in Islam to know birthdates of prophets - it isn't an important aspect of Islam to commemorate such things. What you are asking for is abusrd and I explained why. No imam can say what exact "time and day" Adam was 'born'. I didn't call anyone 'names'. I didn't even call anyone a name read what I said. She said she is not an atheist so I asked is she agnostic - get your facts right. And then you start giving me quotations of Book of Life which apparently says Adam's birthdate - which is contradictory- typically of you to be claiming Adam don't exist and then start by proving when he existed - I say existed because Adam was not 'born' anyhow.

And you are not pointing anything out to no one with the post in question = #21 you are just babbling on about arabic words that have roots in other semitic languages and so forth - which has nothing at all to do with if there is a God or the beginnings of the universe. You are just posting off-topic essays. Either stick to topic or don't post at all.

I have a theory, which may make it easier to reconcile the beliefs of major religions regarding the 'Adam and Eve' story.
It is possible is it not, that 'Adam' was the first humanoid to search for answers to existance? the first mentally evolved person able to grasp the concept of 'God'?
I confess I have pondered this for years. No person with religious beliefs has ever satisfactorily dealt with this, at least none of those I have asked.
In recent years, doctors have discovered a site in the human brain which controls 'spritual beliefs', [severe damage to this area could be a problem for a religious person] maybe that part evolved over many years.

hmm kenzy, it is interesting that there is a part of the brain that controls spirituality. Would you say it is important to be spiritual? and is there a difference between being religious and spiritual?

AmenRaEl: no one is getting upset - and I have already said no one can say the exact 'time and date' of Adam's coming to being. That knowledge would be with the One who created Adam; I will give you one more warning about trolling here - as i said either you post related topics or do not post at all. khalas.

I think many people consider themselves to be 'spirtual' [ 'hmmm there must be something more out there...' kind of thing; and some people due either to cultural norms, upbringing, education or whatever pursue that thought into organised religious teachings.
And many many people just accept religious teaching as basic facts. Faith.
I believe God wants us to have faith, but not necessarily blind faith.

yes I agree not blind faith- there has to be some level of 'understanding' I mean there is also what is called conviction - to really feel and know in the heart - which is quite an important part of the body. I think there is more to the heart than just pumping blood around the body - and a lot of cultures put emphasis on the heart and linking it with love and other emotions
