Well searching for a site to help my son on his report I ran across this site that I though was very interesting. I thought some of you might enjoy it also.

I'll definitely have to load this website up. I know that PBS and
the Nova series has some excellent programming, so it should
be very interesting. Okay, scratch that... I just loaded it now.
I won't be downloading the plug-in but it sounds like a great
site anyhow!

I love PBS sites! Their shows are usually good, too. I remember being addicted to Nova back in the day. It is a very "pretty" site, full of info. I'll be surfing it for a bit, that for sure.

Yes, I found plenty of things to look at last night even without that
plug-in. Very interesting site and I learned things, too... that's always
a plus.

That is an interesting site. I was able to navigate a little without downloading anything on my laptop. In my travels, it said I kept going out of the pyramid and would have to kiss a camel.

After another try, I was able to go into different areas and see where I was on the master map. I bookmarked the site.

I wonder if the areas in the virtual tour are open to the public?

Thank you for posting the link to the site, tater. I homeschool, so I'm always interested in things that my kids can do online that are educational AND fun.
