my favorite tracks are actually the oud improvisations and the andalusian music...i have a friend from tunisia who is a musician here and plays in and adalusian band at time...but he is also a fab cabaret singer too.

i watched that program about that man in egypt he showed us both them dishes.. and i tell u what if i had to eat either one of them i would get so skinny in egypt from starving...spaghitti with beans and all them spices... ewww the thought doesnt even sound good...
