Ok, I am moving to Luxor in a few weeks. i am hoping to make some sort of living by doing some sort of business, not quite sure what yet and am still throwing ideas about. One thing we are thinking of is in the tourist business., arranging tours and chaparones to help tourists with the hassle and rip offs.

What I cant seem to find on the net or any forum is how do I find HOW and WHERE to apply for whatever licence I will need?? I saw on some other site for a tour guy who gave his licence number, he also does real estate too.

of course I want to do everything legal and above board but where do I find these sorts of things out?
