There are a few, I did talk to couple of them, fees on average were about 10%

What do you want from a Property Management Business? A company to take care of your property when you are not here? Find you tenants? Take care of your income?

Please take care as there are many people who will promise to do all that for you!

too true - really want someone who will do what it says on the tin. Reliability and trustworthyness are key
