MissTami is on a distinguished road
when i go to egypt, i like to hang out with the bedouin people. i dont know, i have a strange obsession with the desert.
they slaughtered a lamb, and made the usual marinade of onions, parsley cumin and stuff then wrapped it in foil and cooked it under the sand.
the dig a hole and put the barrel in the hole, the put the sand around it, with hot coals inside. they put the wrapped lamb in it, cover then bury the barrel with sand and hours later you have the best thing ever and i hate lamb but i tore that up!

they made the salad with it, tahina and some kind of bread that is hard and lasts for months but when u put it in water it fluffs up again.

then late at night they whip out the tablas and get their party on!
i could so do that everyday!
