Kahk bi Loz (almond bracelets)

I just tried this recipe for almond bracelets and it is really good! Apparently they are traditional for Egyptian weddings.

5 c. almonds, ground
2.5 c. icing sugar
1 egg white, whipped stiff
orange blossom water

Mix almonds and sugar together, then add egg white. Finally, mix in just enough orange water to make the whole thing into a dry paste. Roll into little tubes and make tiny bracelets, about the size of napkin rings. Then you bake them for ten minutes at 400º. Delicious!
