Anyone who has been to Luxor will have noticed that it seriously lacks nightlife for the tourist. With the increasing number of younger people visiting Luxor these days there is a niche in the market for a nightclub/bar.
We have been in touch with many local estate agents in Luxor and have submitted our business plan to them, and they all agree that this is a very good idea, particularly as the Egyptian government are very favourable towards foreign investors, and the fact that Luxor is going through a major developmental change.
We have identified a few suitable properties for the nightclub, and have also compiled a thorough business plan including break-even, profit and loss forecast and cashflow forecasts.

I lived in Luxor up until a year ago and as far as I am aware you cannot get a licence for alcohol if your establishment is within 100meters of a mosque.

Murphys Bar is a popular place for holiday makers and locals to go, it's always been busy when I've been there.

Same in Turkey. 100 metres from a Mosque = No Licence.
