in the morning, if i put anything in my tummy i get nauseous, even water makes me sick, i get that pukey feeling...so i opt for a cigarette and a mocha latte...for some reason, coffee is the only thing i can take.
i like to eat breakfast for dinner though...i had a butter and honey between 2 pieces of toast last night washed down with a big glass of skim milk...mmmm!
i love egyptian food and all, but lots of times, its so heavy everyone is sitting on the floor eating and i whip out the bowl of count chocula cereal.
for lunch today im gonna have a grapefruit and dinner i want spaghetti

feeling a bit hungry now, and will probably thro down a few crackers to shut my tummy up.
i never eat to be full, just enough to make the hunuger pang go away and my mom keeps asking me if im anorexic! lol im not!...i am always counting what i eat and so far i only consumed 2600 calories since monday. its just i dont enjoy eating, and i eat only when im hungry, and sleep only when im tired.
i think thats bad right?
