Why not share your pics of Egypt too?

You can do so by going to Photo Gallery on the left and then click on Upload

or go to this link http://www.egyptianliving.com/photoplog/upload.php

You need to make sure your image files are not too large (maximum file size should be 500.0 KB), best to resize images before upload, a good size around 600 to 800 pixel wide.

Here is a nice add-on for windows xp from Microsoft http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

This adds the ability to right click on an image and resize or make a smaller copy for uploading.

love the pics dawn, you have been to a lot of places. Great pics of Al Quds and Baalbek. I am interested in Carthage only because of Hannibal Barca though

yes, I saw a documentary about him a few years ago - it was very interesting

only a few parts of carthage have been 'un-earthed' and its spread over a large area, they cant excavate much more because of suburban buildings etc - our guide told me that the Tunisians wern't aware of the historical and cultural value of archeaology until recently - but I suppose if they didnt know it was there ..... how are they supposed to know?! I dont how much or how little of history was taught in schools or passed down in stories. Ive always wanted a time machine so I can go back and see how things were back then!
