boat licence

hi folks new to the forum i have property in hurghada and will be moving over in feb 09 and am very interested in buying a boat to rent to divers have all the papers need in ireland does any one know what i need for egypt by way of licences etc

Oh good grief, sorry can't help in relation to money i.e. how much it will cost etc. but what you will need is lots and lots of patience. The red tape will be mind numbing!

I have to say though that there are so many boats offering trips for divers that you will be really up against it as far as competition is concerned.
