i like mazajFM...they are radio and also let you write shout outs that scroll along the bottom of the page!
musicoflebanon.com has a HUGE music database that actually lets you listen to full size songs and albums for free. you will need realplayer on your system for it though..wont open with windows media player.
just remember that most of the music you will hear is not only egyptian as the music is pretty much shared between all the arab nations...especially lebanon, syria, jordan and palestine...and kinda changes as you hit algeria, tunisia and morocco.
saudi music and music of the gulf region is a bit different too.
