Nabq is only a few kilometers north Sharm el Sheikh airport, and from what I could see a lot is planned there, plenty of new developments going on, some say it will be better then Naama Bay, I think this could be true, there is a golf course being built, some very nice 5* hotels and shopping malls on the main road.

When I was there, I was told by many developers that the prices are going up everytime there is a new build, so don't think there will be many around in that sort of price range for long.

Boy now would be a great time to buy into something like this. I bet as they add more and more stuff to the area those apartments will appreciate in value fast.
