What's the best sites etc. to get descent priced tickets to Egypt?

I usually end up taking a flight to Cairo and then an internal flight to Hurghada where I have a place, as there are not many direct flights to Hurghada.

Last year I took XL air and it was a nightmare, ended up being delayed 9.5 hours, all of which was spent wandering around the terminal, as we couldn't leave.

Is there a direct flight between Sharm and Hurghada? I know there is a boat service which runs couple of days a week. Would be good if it was a daily service, as there are more flights to Sharm and I was thinking about flying to Sharm and then to Hurghada.
