you may have picked up that I am thinking of buying a place in Hurghada

Ideally I want a one bed apartment on first or second floor, 5 minutes to beach. Must be close to shops and restaurants

I have looked at off-plan but dont want to wait until 2009, I want one in early next year

anyone got anything that fits the bill
