Why do so many Estate Agents in Egypt not keep their websites up to date?
When browsing there seem to be so many places available, but when contacted you are told 'oh sorry that one is gone'.
My question: Did they ever exist in the first place?

Most are too busy or just lazy

They should be updated regularly, but takes time to get information and keeping it updated.

Lot of time agents put properties on the website to give an indication of range and types of properties available in a given area, and when there is interest they will go an find the right property to fit the requirements of the client.
