Just to give an idea of properties in the area.

This detached house was on sale for about £130,000 - it's split into four apartments, so great for rental income.

It's on a quiet residential street.

That is a pretty nice-looking house and not a bad price. How much could you charge for rent in this area for one of the apartments? It would be perfect to rent out three of them and live in the fourth!

i was staying in one bedroom appartment in Hadaba and i used to pay 1800 L.e per month. now prices are higher and it would cost around 2500 L.e per month. that is around 250 Sterling pounds.

Hadaba became very nice area and very close to big supper markets, Beaches, shops , service station, you will enjoy being there.
