McDonalds do have local items or local versions of their usual stuff, although I rarely eat at McDonalds at home I do try it when I travel just to check out the menu, and another very good reason is to use their toilets, as they are usually clean, so when you need to go, just look for the golden arches

Yes you are right they do have some of the local food on the menus along with the american versions also. We don't have any delivery services here in the states though.
